Pricing questions
Does Free refresh more slowly?
No. Freshness is identical on Free and Pro: structure changes are webhook driven, and ranking changes including best-selling refresh hourly.
What happens if I downgrade?
Your configuration is kept. One Lock stays active, extra Locks become Paused, and extra active pins on the remaining active Lock are deactivated.
Can I unlock instead?
Yes. Unlock is first-class and restores the collection's original Shopify sort order.
